Our Story...
          My name is John Eldredge and my wife's name is JoAnna.  We met at World Outreach Center in Orlando, Florida in 1992 and were married in 1994.  My wife and I both attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas and graduated in the Spring of 1998.  We majored in missions and both acquired our practical theology diplomas.  Between the two of us, we have ministered in five countries: El Salvador, Russia, Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. 
     
          We recently spent over a year living and ministering in Quito, Ecuador.  We had many great experiences there.  JoAnna taught English in a Christian school and I ministered in churches within Quito.  We both led discipleship groups in our home.  It was beautiful for us to watch new converts grow in the Lord.  Today, our family includes three wonderful boys, David and Daniel and baby Elisha.  For more on the work in Ecuador, check out our Newsletter Archive online.

Where God is taking us now...
          We returned to the States in August of 2000.  Though we have enjoyed some needed time here, our hearts are still in Ecuador.  God has been moving on us to return soon and we have already begun the process.  We plan to return to Ecuador by early Spring of 2002.  We will be helping a new missionary church in the poorer part of Quito and help raise up outreaches in other areas in Ecuador.  Many Ecuadorians live in poverty there and are looked down upon by the rest of society.  Our goal is to help reach them with God's love, that does not see social or economical status.

Prayerfully consider....
         We are very excited about how God is moving in Ecuador, and we are looking for people to partner with us and share in the vision.  If you have a heart for reaching people, or feel God wants you to be involved with us in this ministry, there are a few ways you can help.
         
          Most importantly, we need prayer covering.  We need the confidence that comes from knowing that our friends are praying for us and are available for us to bring prayer requests to.  We believe that a strong foundation of prayer is powerful and crucial in achieving God's ministry.

          Also, we need financial supporters.  We are praying for people who feel led to support us monthly.
